Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries and assist customers with service bookings.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adhere to call flow guidelines.
• Accurately log interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent verbal English with neutral or American accent.
• Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PKT).
• Strong active listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
• Punctual, team-oriented with high work ethics.
